To pay Haryana road tax offline, you need to visit to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and fill the form and submit it with along the documents. Once everything is approved by the assessing officer, then the tax amount can be paid and you will receive a receipt for the payment. Keep that receipt for the future references.
There are two scenarios for not paying road tax:
If the vehicle is registered in Haryana and found to be used without paying road tax, then an individual will be charged a penalty of Rs. 10,000 for light motor vehicles and Rs. 25,000 for other motor vehicles.
