A. The complaining process is divided into different levels, such as:
Level 1: You can contact the branch office and get your query addressed.
Level 2: If that doesn’t work, you can use any of the methods mentioned above to register your complaint.
Level 3: In case you are not satisfied with the provided solution, you can fill the complaint form on the website of the bank. This form will be forwarded to the relevant zonal office.
