ATM-related complaints, such as concerns related to cash withdrawal, card getting stuck in the ATM and other alike complaints, can be reported to the branch manager using an ATM complaint form available on the bank’s website. To access this form, follow the following steps:
Once you have completed filling the needed fields, click ‘Submit’ to register your complaint. A ticket number or an automatic complaint number will be generated by the system acknowledging your complaint.
You would have to retain the same for all future references. The same number can be used to track the status of your application using the ‘View Status’ option available under the same page. All the complaints received online get tracked at bank’s head office for immediate redressal.
