1. What is the complaint redressal process of the Syndicate bank?

A. To establish a customer-friendly culture, the bank observes 15th of every month as a Customer Day. Thus, on this day, anybody can meet the top executives or seniors of the bank, including Managing Director and the Chairman. Apart from that, the grievance redressal process is as mentioned below:

  • If you have any issue with the bank, you should bring it into the notice of the branch manager to get immediate redressal.
  • If the branch manager doesn’t resolve the grievance or the solution isn’t satisfactory, you can raise the matter to the Regional Manager.
  • If your matter doesn’t get resolved even by the Regional Manager, you can approach the Nodal Officer or the Controlling Authority at the corporate office in Bangalore.
  • Next, you can take the unsettled complaint and issue to the Line Functioning Heads of the bank.
  • If you still didn’t get a resolution, you can contact the Managing Director or the Chairman of the bank.
