Credit Card Grievance Redressal by Indian Overseas Bank

There is an entire process that Indian overseas bank follows for grievance redressal, including the ones related to the credit card. Here is how the entire process goes on:

Level 1: You must use the IOB customer care number or mail id to reach out to a branch manager's care centre to get the concerns addressed.

Level 2: If you Fail to receive a satisfactory solution in 7 working days, you can contact the bank's regional manager. For this, you can check the above section of IOB customer care service details (Region-wise).

Level 3: You can also send an email to the central office's General Manager (nodal officer).

Level 4: If you are unhappy with the resolution received or have not received any response so far, you can then contact the bank's internal ombudsman.

Level 5: If the bank is unable to provide you with a satisfactory solution, you can contact the banking ombudsman, who is appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
