Additionally, the fund will always have a minimum of five investors where no single individual’s holding will exceed 50% of the scheme’s net asset. SREI Infrastructure Debt Fund has divided its investors into two categories, namely, strategic investor and other investors. Strategic investor includes scheduled commercial bank, international multilateral financial institution, and pension funds. Other investors include individuals, resident companies, and partnership firms.
